My Nisi will be granted next week. Court granted me divorce within 2 months of petitioning due to stbx's unreasonable behaviour.
Judge ordered stbx to pay my costs. What does this mean? Just the cost of the divorce, and if so is that the £340, or other costs to get it to court to?
Thanks.

Costs will include the court fees, process server's fees, marriage certificate fee (if you obtained a copy) and any solicitor's fees that were incurred in dealing with the divorce part of your case.

Typically, where a Petition is undefended and the service of the petition was by post, the costs are £1100.00-£1500.00 inclusive.
