Hi, I''m new to this posting. Wonder if anyone can help. Iam looking to find out how much my Absolute will cost as have had the Decree Nisi for a year now. Was waiting for the courts to award ( or not ) the house etc. It is all in writing from the courts now so wuld like to proceed with Absolute. Am i able to download form from here or do i get it from the court and how much? Any info would be a great help, just want this over and done with now. S thanks

The court fee for the Absolute is £45 and you will need to complete Form D36 - click here to download it.
