Welcome to Wikivorce.

If you are on certain benefits, such as JSA or Income support, then you will most likely be entitled to a fee remission, meaning you won''t have to pay the court fees of £410 for the divorce. I have linked to the correct form with guidance notes for you.

There is no financial assistance avaible, and you would only be entitled to legal aid if you ahve been a recent (within the last 2 years) victim of domestic violence and have documented proof, and you also fit the financial criteria. If you can''t afford a solicitor, or a fixed-price service by an online provider such as Wikivorce, then I''m afraid your only option would be to do the divorce yourself - our DIY divorce guide has full details of the process and what is required at each stage - Wikivorce Divorce Guide

There isn''t such a thing as "quick divorce" - divorce is a legal process, and the soonest I would expect an uncontested divorce to be completed is no less than 16 weeks (on a very good day). Remember that divorce only legally dissolves the marriage, it doesn''t remedy the financials or arrangements for the children.
