Happy New Year all:-)

So to date the above where all signed for by my ex on the 17th Dec so this means 23 days have now passed. I haven''t received any points of dispute or any further correspondence from her.

I take it i can now send the N252 to the family court to issue the default costs certificate.

What else do i need to send to the court with it and what is the next process after that please ?

Can anyone advise please ? i have just received the default costs certificate for the costs of my divorce and the courts has issued this to the defendant.

How do i enforce this if no payment or arrangement is made ? do i need to obtain a CCJ ?

Any advice would be grateful

Unfortunately you will have to apply to the court to enforce the money judgement which you already have. There are a few options available:

Thank you Charles for your replies i really do appreciate it. i''m trying to pursue this myself as I simply can''t afford to fork out any more solicitors fees.

So to date the default costs certificate has been sent to my ex with no response, As the costs are very high actually over £5000 am i right in saying i would need to enforce this by applying to the high court to enforce ?
