In the breakdown of how much a divorce will cost with wikivorce, there is no mention of the divorce petition Court fee of £410. I take it this is to be paid as well as the £550 and £50?

Many thanks

Helen

The current court fee for a divorce Petition is £550, it was previously £410 so this amount isn't payable, just the current court fees. (the £50 fee is for a Consent Order)

Thank you very much for spotting this and letting us know :)- I've now amended the court fee in the flow-chart.
