The planned increase for court fees for divorce/civil partnership dissolution, child issues applications and contested financial remedy application will come into effect at the end of this month (September 2021)

Fees for filing an application for a divorce, nullity or civil partnership dissolution will increase from £550 to £592,

Applications for a child arrangements order (and I assume Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders) increasing from £215 to £232

Contested financial remedy proceedings (Form A applications) from £255 to £275.

Consent Order fee will increase from £50 to £53

Just bumping this up as the increases come into effect tomorrow (30th September)

Please be aware that even if you submitted an application prior to the 30th September, if it is not processed by the court until on or after the 30th you may be liable for the additional increase and the court won't process the application until you've made the additional payment.
