I feel your pain. Similar situation here. The system is so unfit for purpose that one party can play games and refuse to cooperate or try to settle for as long as they like and the other party just has to 'go with it' to the end - with no guarantee they person who played games will be penalised at all. It just doesn't work. And from what I read on here the judges decisions are so inconsistent that anything could happen in a hearing! The stress it causes is outrageous. And if, like you, you have an ex who is out to get you, the system plays right into their hands. Good luck!
