I am a LIP and the respondent in the matter.

I was using a solicitor but I had to stop because the costs spiralled out of control.

The applicant's solicitors have not co-operated from the outset and it has been clear that they do not want this matter to settle quickly.

I was wondering if forum members could advise as to what other documents need to be included in the FDR bundle other than the form E, Chronology, Statement of Issues, Form H, and my Response to applicants questions.

Does the content of the chronology, statement of issues, and form H need to be updated for each hearing.

Do I need to include a skeleton argument, copies of correspondence with the applicants solicitor.

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
