Hi, have just been preparing my s25 statement and contacted ex solicitor (who is the Applicant) asking for his s25. Solicitor then advises me that this has already been submitted.
Essentially what has happened is that the judge at the FDR ordered us to file statements confined to a dispute over unpaid child maintenance and this is supposedly because the judge decided this was all that was needed in our case. I'm now totally confused as I thought this was as well as, not instead of the s25. There are plenty of other relevant facts, including my being disabled and unable to work and a large discrerpancy in income (his being 4 times mine) plus financial misconduct during the marriage (he is a compulsive gambler). This is a long marriage (over 25 years). I'm LIP.
Im really wanting to know f I can submit a s25 statement anyway? I know I can submit a statement setting out what I'm asking for. Is it appropriate to use the s25? Want to get all my info in, but dont want to pee off the judge....
Thanks
