UK Question:- Sorry for long post! After 7 years separation and 2 previous court hearings I will soon be divorced after an upcoming Trial on 15th May ... last week was the deadline for the first updated disclosure ... I've worked on mine for months and handed it to his solicitors ... I chased him via email at the end of the actual day of the deadline and was told 'it was at his solicitors and would be with me in due course' ... so I emailed his solicitors the following morning and arranged to collect it - it is obviously something that he did in a matter of minutes, missing MOST of what was requested at our FDR hearing by the Court. Anybody else been in this situation? I don't know how to play it? Shall I chase the missing information via email to him and his solicitors? Am thinking I can use it as evidence in Court to show how he has consistently refused to provide full disclosure? Thanks so much any advice from anyone who either is or has been in a similar situation would be really helpful! I have no solicitor as am in debt due to solicitors fees

xx

What info has been missed?

I had a similar thing, wasnt for divorce but it was form E that needed to be disclosed. I had to take him back to court to ask that he disclose this info
Definitely chase with his solicitor or ask why the information hasnt been provided
