Hi, my husband has just returned his Acknowledge of Service, and I now have to complete form D80B in order to get the Decree Nisi.
My husband will not move out yet (waiting for the ideal house to come up, or better deals after Brexit!!). So we have lived in the same house for the whole marriage.
I
We don't have space for separate bedrooms, but have been living as separate lives as possible for a few years now.
I am worried a judge won't class the unreasonable behavior as bad enough if we are still sharing a bedroom....so what should I write about the living arrangements in question 6 on form D80B? Should I swap rooms and get one of the children to sleep with their dad?
Should I also put in question 4 that his behavior is affecting my emotional health, ie stress?
Thanks for listening
