Hi all,

Divorce heading to court for financial settlement. Completing form E and in the section 'Part 6 Income: Earned income from employment', I'm not sure what should put.

I completed my last PAYE job in Sep 2019. And have been drawing salary/dividends from my limited company since then.

1) Last 3 payslips - is this from the from my limited company or from the last PAYE role?
2) How far back do I need to account for employment? 3 months? 6 months? 12 months? last financial year?

Thanks
