Hi

Ive tried to search the forum without success, but if I am repeating a request for help with a topic that's been covered else where or if there are any other online resources I can read please do point me in the right direction.

I have for some time now been divorced and gone through the whole painful process, so not a complete noob, but until now Ive been able to afford a solicitor to help me. I really cannot afford this again and Im still paying off the legal bills that racked up and will be for quite some time.

Cutting to the chase, my ex and I have a CAO in place with a shared care arrangement for our our children. She has however breached the order and now refuses to release the children to me as she claims to do so would put the children at risk of COVID-19. Its all nonsense - my ex has in the past made several financially motivated applications to secure more CM and I suspect she is now doing the same.

I have submitted my C79 and have a directions hearing listed.

Thing is I don't know what I need to do ahead of this directions hearing ...do I need to produce a chronology and statement etc, and if so, do I need to send copies to the court and my ex ? ....or will that all come from the directions hearing ?

There is a "compliance" section on the order for directions, and it state no other document other than within the Rules or any Practice Direction should be sent. Is there some reference that you can point me at that specifies which documents are needed ahead of each type of hearing, and to whom they need to be sent etc ?
