Hi
my stbx is retired claiming state pension , work pension , 3 annuities and runs a smallholding with myself that generates a very small profit ( well every few years according to the accountant) his income from these is around £1400 per month

He works cash in hand jobs totalling £750 per month but did not declare this on his form E infact he lied

I have given all the evidence to my Solicitor and a list of names for who he does the cash in hand work for , he denied all this on his form E

My question is , why has this been totalled ignored in any settlement figures , is there no recourse to his lying on the form E, neither solicitor seems bothered about it

Thanks for reading
