I have instructed a barrister for a fixed fee last week to represent me for my hearing this Fri to obtain non occupation order. My husband is still living with me in the house.

I only managed to speak to her this morning for 15 min. She is due to send me an email with her plan of action. I already sent my own statement to court in July. We might need another statement for this Fri with evidence such us voice recordings.

I am concerned that it has been all left too late.
Is the court going to accept my new statement and recordings 24h before the hearing? I am worried that the judge won't be able to make a decision.
