Is there an example or sample of this?

Just received a letter from the court saying due to Covid, everything I’ve already posted now has to be submitted via email, and the only thing I’ve not posted is a submission as it wasn’t in the original notice.

I don’t know what should be in it?

You need to resubmit everything via email. The documents may well need to be sent electronically to a judge who is working remotely. The court wont have the resources to scan everything in. If the documents are not available to the judge the hearing may well be adjourned.
If you are the applicant and the other side is not represented, you should really put together an indexed and paginated bundle of all relevant documents (except form E attachments) provided by each party and the court. This should be sent electronically.
