i paid for a doctors letter stating my health situation which was given to the judge along with my domestic abuse team letter, but i still had to be on camera (zoom court) with my ex.
ive been told i have to go to court again and speak.
i have a history of depression and sucide attempts, last attempt was after the zoom call.....i just cant cope with how my ex is being....it should be so straightforward, but he has aquired debts since i left and hes trying to say they are matrimonial.
ive told my solicitor my ex can have everything, there is no way i can see my ex or even hear his voice....it makes me so anxious.
i was originally told as i was under domestic abuse i wouldnt ever have to face him in mediation so why now do i have to do this.
im petrified.
