Hello ,
I am representing myself for the second part of FDR ( it was adjourned last October as respondent was asked to bring more evidence ).
In the court order I received it instructed whoever is responsible for sending the documents to do so electronically and with a maximum of 100 pages .... both form E s are 26 pages each .....
did anyone have a similar experience? what should contain such a small bundle ?

As the FDR does not concern itself with testing evidence, there is no need to look at the exhibits to the Form E so those can be left out in order to meet the bundle requirements.

Have a look at Practice Direction 27a. It sets out the rules to be followed when preparing a bundle.
For FDR you should ideally have an agreed schedule of assets and liabilities based on the financial disclosure and also to have one agreed set of issues if possible.

If responses to questionnaires include the original questions, you don't need questionnaires.

You do need to include process documents - applications and orders - but e.g. with Form A can just include the first page or so setting out the order sought.

Other documents that you want to draw the court's attention to may be put in a separate section but do so sparingly. Ask yourself if what is in the document is going to make any difference to the outcome.
