Hi all,

When exchanging with ex, do you just exchange the actual form E, or Form E with all the accompanying documents (same as you'd send to court)?

TIA

You will need to provide the supporting documents along with the Form E. There's a checklist at the very back of Form E for you to indicate which documents you are including with your form E.
