The order from FDR allows both parties to have 1 witness and state 2 weeks before final hearing of they want the other parties witness to attend the hearing for cross examination. There are no ind ications as to how to do that.I do want the other parties winess at court to be cross examined as there are many inconsistencies in their statement. Do i just e mail the other Side and court stating I want the witness to attend, or is there a form to complete? Also who 'calls' the witness to court? Me, the court or the other side?Thank you!
