Im due to file ES2 tomorrow 7 days before first appointment. But filling tonight I realise I cant enter anything as I have no assets in my name and H failed to even add the matrimonial house in his form E. Neither did he disclose bank statements, saying he doesnt even know if his hsbc account still finctioning as he hasnt used it ror two years. Very stressed on point of collapse. Have ptsd fibro and heart arrythmia. Cant cope anymore.
i filed everything to date as required to the FRC london starting a month ago, even form G to advise the first appointment cant be FDR due to husbands form E and after multiple emails to the CFC and FRC they have not replied even once to aknowledge receiving filed documents or to my concerns I am receiving no acknowledgements.
even valuation of home has been impossible as overseas its complicated and after 3 emails asking his estimated value he has ignored the emails

Can i send short statement attaching the ES1 filled yet saying I cant invent stuff to file an ES2 as the court will need to enforce disclosure from him. How can he not even include the matrimonial home im living in? Im overseas.

thank you

I don't think you would normally get an acknowledgement. Most LIP documents are filed by post to an address in Harlow these days. It's an unsatisfactory alternative to the online portal that solicitors can access.
Have you raised a questionnaire asking for the information that's missing?
Is the FMH in joint names?
I think a brief position statement setting out the issues and asking for directions is appropriate. It should be served on him as well as filed at the court.

Thank you. No, only his name is on the house. I filed a short statement to the court to explain. I can't do more than that.
I really appreciate the response, thank you again.
