I'm just preparing form A and just a couple of questions. Where does my case number come from (is it the same number as my divorce?). Also in nature of application - is it to apply to the court or to proceed with the application in the divorce? Not sure what the difference is? Is it advisable to just tick all the orders? There are 2 houses involced and there will be pensions on both sides. I doubt anyone would be paying maintenance to the other as we both have good full time jobs. (I pay child maintenance). Just for background there are 2 houses with equity on about £200k, but there are debts of about £50k in each of our names. I've moved out of the family home (150k equity) to live with my parents temporarily until its sorted and im paying 1/4 or the family homes mortgage. The other house is tenanted (50k equity here). My ex doesnt want to move out of the family home (we have a 12 year old daughter but its a 5 bed house) and wants things to continue as they are until a point in time when she can afford the mortgage by herself and buy me out. This isn't anytime in the near future! Thanks
