Good morning,
I am completing form E and have a question please re. 1.16 which asks
1.16 Your present residence and the occupants of it and on what terms you occupy it (e.g. tenant, owner-occupier).
I own the property and my adult son lives with me and pays me rent. What terms does he occupy the property please? Thank you.

Put that he is an adult son and pays board. Everyone will understand that and it shows that he has no right to remain and you don’t profit from it as you would with say a lodger,
