I just found out that s2bx has taken out yet another 2 more personal loans. I suspect they are to pay off some outstanding loans and to fund new lavish life with gf 9futre wife!). Will I be liable for his loans? I also suspect that he is delibrately running up huge debts so that he looks 'poor' when filling out form E as I believe the court takes his debts into consideration. I am very rarely in debt as I live within my means, all my money go towards children expenses, food, etc. Any advice appreciated.
