My wife ran debts of 20k which we got a loan for, but now I have found out she has started running debts up again over 7k.
If i get a divorce can I stop her getting half of my money as I will need it to support the kids

Hello

In short doubtfull it will prevent future problems re- your wifes debts divorce is not a quick fix nor is it a quick process, if you can provide some more details such as lenth of marriage and number and age of children, it will help with more considered answers.

I have been for a year, I have a five and three year old.
I mean worry is if she has half of my savings judging by her past performance it will not long. This is why I need to keep the money so I can support the kids as well as csa
