Erm no I think my comments were directed at my Stbx solicitor specifically and donklers solicitor who IMHO has made quite an inappropriate statement to his client.

I work with solicitors every day of the week in my job and most are worth their weight in gold ;)

That had crossed my mind shoegirl about my sol wanting more ££''s but even I deep down knew my STBX would do very well to get £10k our of me.

I just didnt feel right paying court fees, and for starters my sol wanted £240 to get the ball rolling, its all £££

If it was me who was the cheat and had to pay as my other half demanded a divorce because of it, I could understand.

The whole no fault thing in divorce doesnt sit quite right with me, maybe im bitter :)

But at the end of the day Im not having to go to court, she will be gone next week, and all I have to do is change the door locks, and I can start to rebuild my life again. Piece of mind will be invaluable.
