Hi,

Welcome to Wikivorce!

You have posted your thread under debt and bankruptcy. In what context are you asking about?

Is it a joint Credit Card debt?

Is it in relation to Ancillary Relief (the financial process involving the division of Marital Assets)?

If this is in connection with a financial settlement, then it is normal for each side to have sight of the others financial statements, including credit cards, in what is called full and frank disclosure.

Is there a reason why you do not want your husband to see your credit card statements?
