My ex wife moved out 6months ago and re-directed her mail. I have found out that she is taking credit cards and loans out applied for under my property address.
How does this effect me?
Is there a central place I can update the records to show she doesnt live here?
I removed her from the council tax - does this safe guard me at all?

Any advise and help would be great

If you are separated, no longer live at the same address and there are no joint credit arrangements or bank accounts you cans send a Notice of Disassociation to the credit reference agencies.
