Hi, further to a cost order made against my ex at the Decree Nisi I was wondering how to enforce it abroad in the EU?

I''ve served the request for a detailed assessment etc and given that he has not responded or raised any points of dispute, a Default Costs Certificate had been issued but he hasn''t paid.

How do get him to pay please?

I''ve read somewhere that I simply need to make an application for an EEO (European Enforcement Order). Do I need to take it to the same court from where the order originated(PRFD)?
