Hi
I was hoping someone would be able to give me some advice on an ongoing joint credit card debt. In Dec it was agreed that some property should be sold to repay joint debts and the proceeds were put into my stbx's solicitors account. His credit cards were repaid but he then refused liability for mine until he had seen proof of joint spending which he now has. However he only wants to pay me the balance of the card as it is now whereas I say he should pay the amount that was owed in Dec when his debts were repaid. I have paid approx £650 in repayments since Dec on a limited income whereas he has had no debts and a much higher salary. Any thoughts?
