Dear friends

During a financial proceedings settlement, one of the spouse has overborrowed, taken huge loans, given monies as gifts, showing he has nothing to give to the other party.

How are such matters tackled at courts?

Solicitors are asking huge hourly amounts that is unaffordable.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Regards
MM
