I have recently shared what I have learned in my divorce more than 10 years ago in a podcast interview and also on my blog. I hope my words can give you some comfort and hope. I know it's hard to see it right now when you are still in the dark, but one day you will look back and realize how much you have grown from the experience. Dont give up. Use all the support you need to get to the other end of the shore.

"Between the cracks, there was finally space for sprouts of new possibilities. The tears were the water, and the new experiences were the sunshine. Slowly, my ecosystem strengthened, and my inner garden flourished. "
