I have now had the second set of form E's and the net effect after my debts and adding her savings the net pot is 620k which includes the property. I am a LIP and she has a lawyer I have no idea where to go next
The wiki calculator is not a safe bet. but it suggests 70/30 in my favour but if that was the case surely her s
Lawyer would be offering me a deal of a minimum of 50/50 but what I have been offered so far is 50% of the property £220k and 25K as a lump sum.
Any advice would be welcome

If you have financial disclosure, it is a good idea to get legal advice on a fair financial settlement to help you with negotiations.

This kind of consultation is available relatively inexpensively through this site or you really should see a solicitor.

I have had the offer via a good friend that his daughter a family law solicitor to look at both sets of Form E's and all the relevant paperwork on Monday coming, She is going to copy the files and then give me a call to discuss what she would be trying to do if she was acting for me. which I hope will give me enough understanding to fight my corner. As you know I am a LIP so every bit of information and help is needed and can I thank you for your help.
