My husband is 39 and i am 33.

Two children aged 10 and 7

All nights with me currently but plan to have 50/50 custody eventually

12 years living together, 11 years married.
Your respective incomes;
I am disabled so receive PIP and in the Support Group for Employment and Support Allowance. My income now he's moved out is as follows:
Per month:
Universal Credit: £678.95
ESA: £446.60
PIP: 234.80
Child Benefit: £137.60
Total: £1497.95
His income:
Before tax: £1689.90
After tax, NI and pension: £1398.19
Your respective outgoings;
My expenses are around £1200 per month including mortgage for our
FMH.
His outgoings are currently about £700 per month
Your assets - both solely held and joint;
Land: £2000
Sole trader business: £350 in account
Savings: I have £4500. He has £3000.
Equity in house: Around £108'000 but that depends on house sale price.
He has a pension currently worth £30'000
Your liabilities.
Neither of us have any debts.
Thank you. I'm hoping you can provide an idea of what would be fair. I'm unable to get a mortgage and he's been offered a mortgage of £73'000. He's planning to buy a house with his girlfriend so she will be able to increase the amount of mortgage he can get but he's only just about to move in with her so I don't think her income can be taken into account when working out housing need etc?
