WHAT EVER YOU DO.. DO NOT DO THE ONLINE DIVORCE
We are having a world of trouble it has been since April and now October and not progressed passed step 1 .. no information on how to get a conditional order
have posted the D36 form no reply NOTHING. Recommend you do it at your local court. At least you can go there unlike the ONLINE service who do not reply to you. Have sent Emails NOTHING. They Do not answer the Phone either.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with the online divorce process. For many people, it is the easiest way to divorce. While there may be a few teething difficulties with the now not-so-new system, my understanding is that it is only a very small number of litigants affected.

The D36 is used to apply for the Final Order (Decree Absolute if you applied before April this year), the form for applying for the Conditional order (or Decree Nisi in old money) is the D84.
