I am new to this forum and hope someone can help me.

I have been undertaking my own divorce petition and have now got to the stage where I need to fill out form D80B. I have one query which I hope you could help me with.

The acknowledgement of service has been signed by the respondents solicitor instead of her. So could someone help me as to how I would complete section 3 of the oath page. Do I just delete this part. Do I still need to exhibit the Acknowledgement of service copy.

Your assistance would be very much appreciated.

Thank you. Hope someone can help me. I have been told I need to delete this part as you only complete this if the acknowledgement is signed by the respondent themselves but I really would like a second opinion on this. The Court has taken so long with this I dont really want it to come back.

Thank you

Thank you so much. Can I just ask, Do I delete the whole section or can I delete and add words to say 'the Acknowledgement is signed by the solicitor and attached under exhibit A'. Otherwise there is no mention of the exhibit.

Thank you.
