Hi

D80D - Two years apart with consent

A bit more help needed please, any suggestions for suitable wording for Q5 - 'reason or main reason for separation' (cheated for several years and then ran off doesn't seem quite right!)- I got the 'you don't love me any more and never do anything about the house' version but we're trying to do this with the minimum of fuss.

Also Q6 - 'date and circumstances in which I came to conclusion marriage was at an end'

TIA

Sorry, I see that I wan't very clear in my post - I'm doing a DIY divorce on the grounds of two years apart with consent.

I was looking for an acceptable formal statement to reply to Q5 'reason or main reason for separation' and wasn't sure what to reply to Q6 about the date and circumstances when I came to the conclusion the marriage was over.
