Hi there,
My partner has a Consent Order which includes payments by her ex for 50% of education-related expenss for her children. Her ex is refusing to pay an outstanding education-related debt of £900. We do not want to use a solicitor due to the relatively small amount outstanding and the expense of using a solicitor, but we are not sure of the exact process/forms required to enforce this part of the consent order.
We are assuming that the best approach is an attachment of earnings order - is this correct? If so, please describe the process we should go through and any other forms we need!
Thanks!
