Hi all. I've had divorce date hearing come through for in a couple of weeks time.
And separately I've had the financial order come through for November time, so I have to provide the E form by then.
The financial order letters have come through which states that mediation was signed off, even though we never actually did that part.
Mediation company tried to reach me by email saying they would try to ring me the next day if convenient. I replied stating it wasn't, and gave them an alternative date, but I never heard back from them.
Just wondering from my point of view if having the mediation session is important?
If there's any benefit to bringing this to the courts attention?
I'm intending to self rep, so I'm just wanting to make sure I'm not making any mistakes in not flagging this
