Hi im finding things difficult at home at the mo,i get told if i dont like it then move out!!,now when we moved in together i moved into her home and have paid into the household from day one, however she was made redundant and i got a better job and ended up paying £800 pw into the household this happend for around a year,now i pay £400 pw and this has been happening for the past 31/2 years we are going through a tough time and like i said earlier the answer is always "i you dont like it get out !! Am i entitalled to any finacial settlment if i leave??

There are few details here - the main one being 'were the parties married?'. If not, is the house registered in joint names?
