Going for self representation as my solicitor pushed it a bit too far, so need some advice if anybody can help:
Consent Order: i have got one semi prepared, but i understand there is an alternative to it, more or less a written agreement i can present the court and have enforced?
We have agreed on all the calculations, all is signed but just between us, and all the assets split, money paid etc etc. It''s just a matter for the court to see that''s what we agreed and he can''t come back with any other claim, it''s a Clean Break with child maintenance at 20% of his net earning and no spousal maintenance.
I just want it sealed so i can forget about it.

If you have agreed it and present it to the court and they agree it that is a consent order. Court will need to see that it is fair.

Remember after 12 months CM could be taken over by either of you asking CSA to assess and court would have no jurisdiction.
