Hi All

The AR Hearing was 18 months ago and its been 7 years since we seperated and ex still won''t apply to takeover the Mortgage in their own name despite clearly supporting it for 7 years so demonstrating the ability to do so.

Every attempt I make to try and move this forward is just ignored.

The Court orders stipulation to "use there best efforts" to remove me from the mortgage is worthless. Apart from spending another £200 on an enforcement notice for them to just ignore that as well what else can I do?
