Getting divorced under the grounds of having lived apart for over two years. We own a house together and have a joint mortgage, my ex wife and 3 kids will live in the house but she cant afford to buy me out. We''ve agreed a 60-40 split in her favour and we will both remain on the mortage. The rest of our finances, pensions etc wont be touched. What paperwork do I need to fill in regarding the financial side???

YOu will need a solicitor to draft your agreement into a Consent Order. The Consent Order is then submitted to court for ratification along with Form A, a simplified financial disclosure (Form D81) and the court fee. However you need to apply for and the court must grant the first part of divorce, the nisi decree, before the court can make an effective financial order.
