Hello all.
After my experiences, I was asked by a friend for his sons situation....
I am struggling with this one though, anyone any thought how this would pan out?
Couple separating, have child of 2yrs old.
He works may be redundant very soon.circa £1500 a month.
She works part time.
Lot of local family support.
No equity in house, mortgage £600 a month stuck in deal until october.
Been married 18 months, together about 5 with house.
She, wants him out the house and to pay mortgage.
He is sitting tight in spare room.
Both parents local but avoiding the offer of allowing either person to move back in.
