My ex was supposed to pay me a lump sum jan 2016 and the order states that if it was not met he would have to sell the property and pay the lump sum from the sale. Well, one year on and he is holding out for the full amount and will not sell for any less. I am sinking in debt as every month goes by and I am paying rent for me and my son. Would really appreciate any advice.

Many thanks,

Does the order say who has control of sale?
