I have been married for 7 years, we have 2 young children together. One of my children is disabled.

The marriage isn't working and I'm thinking about asking for a separation. I have no family in this country and I gave up work to look after the kids. I have no income of my own at all.

Our house is in my husbands name only, we were married when he bought it 5 years ago.

I've been looking at rentals as I need £5-600pcm just to rent in a crappy area.

I have no idea what to do, I don't want to stay in an unhappy marriage but I feel like I have nowhere to go.

Get advice, you will be entitled to a share of the house and support.

You need to understand your rights before you speak to your husband.
