we have agreed a financial settlement-50/50 share of the house and pension share.
We were meant to put house up for sale immediately when it was agreed -6th nov 2019, now my wife is dragging her heels and not wanting to put it on the market + she has to do a pension share annex within 4 months of the above date. She is not complying with this, what can I do?
