Hiya Ruby! Hope all is well with you and yours. Yes, Mr M62 needs to finally get closure on this matter. Thanks very much for all the precedent info and the procedural advice. Unfortunately, all of my communication with her highness on this matter so far has been verbal, as the ETBX has a pathalogical distrust of email and computers, so I'm at ground zero on burden of proof. Maybe a 'signed for' letter might be a good place to start. Thank you again for our help on this. "We will overcome..."
