I live in Ireland but got married in London on 3 January 2003. By the end of October that year, we had separated and had not been together since. Now almost 20 years later I have no clue as to where she is, even though I have unsuccessfully used the power of the Internet to find out, I know that she no longer uses her married name, has not remarried and I changed my name by Deed Poll about 12 years ago.

We are both in our sixties, with grown children, and no home ownership. I am retired. I need to get a divorce but I don't know where she is. By the way, we don't even talk. The last time was in 2007. It consisted of one word, "Hello", before I cut the connection.

Where do I start?
