hi everyone, I am divorcing my husband after 6 and a half years. We have 2 children who he has not bothered to contact. I am divorcing him because he was violent and have discovered he is going to contest. Does this mean i will have to face him in court ? Also his mother is not been very friendly and is saying nasty things to the kids about me. Do they have any rights if i stop contact ?
